The Bylaws are the governing rules for the Homeowners Association. We have five board members who each serve a two year term. The officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary) are elected by the Board to one year terms at the first board meeting after each annual homeowners meeting. The President and Vice President must be Board members.
