Welcome to the Discovery Point Homeowners Association

The Homeowners Association works to keep Discovery Point looking and functioning at its best.

Discovery Point is a 47 home gated community located in beautiful Gig Harbor, Washington. This website allows you to pay your dues, review the CC&R’s, and submit requests to the Architectural Committee for approval. We will be continuing to add more functionality to this site over the coming months.
